This is a delightful recipe in which cubes of paneer are marinated with yogurt and sesame seeds, to produce a flavorful dish. It is cooked to perfection and served with roti or naan. Pickled onion rings go very well with it too. Til-E-Paneer is an easy recipe for first time cooks too.

Ingredients for Til Paneer Recipe
- Paneer (Cottage cheese) cut into ¼ inch cubes 250 grams
- Refined flour (maida) 4 tablespoons
- Garlic 2 teaspoons
- Red chilli powder 2 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
- Chaat masala 2 teaspoons
- Sesame seeds (til) 4 tablespoons
- Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
- Semolina (rawa/suji) 1 tablespoon
To make the batter, combine the refined flour, garlic, red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala in a bowl, add sufficient water and whisk to make a smooth batter.
Combine the breadcrumbs, sesame seeds and semolina and spread on a plate.
Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and dip the cottage cheese cubes into the batter and then coat in the breadcrumbs mixture.
Deep-fry in hot oil till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
